Delivery Information
The delivery charge for all UK orders is £4.95

We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days (in busier times i.e Christmas orders may take 3 working days). Most orders will be despatched by Royal Mail and should be delivered between 3-5 days after despatch. Some heavier items (hampers) may be despatched by courier. If you are in a rush for your order please email us on info@thekeeperswife.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

If you are outside of the UK please contact us for delivery charges and delivery times.

We aim to keep our stock levels high, however there may be times when we run out of stock quicker than expected (especially with seasonal products). If you have ordered an item and its going to take longer than 3 days before we have that item back in stock we will contact you to let you know. You will be given the option of waiting (we will give you a time scale), having the rest of your order sent without it or a full refund.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns if needed, but they must be returned to us with 28 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning on info@thekeeperswife.co.uk

Returned items must be in their original condition i.e unworn, unwashed and with labels/tags still attached.

We are not liable for items that may go missing when returning to us. If you need to post an item back, the cost of the postage is down to you to pay. We also suggest you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office.

Once we have received your returns we aim to process the refund within 3 working days.

All items are checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact us on info@thekeeperswife.co.uk within 3 days of receipt.

In the interest of health and safety, food items are not returnable.
Payment Options
Most forms of payment are accepted and securely processed.
Payment can also be made via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to do this.

We endeavor to ensure that all product information and images provided are as accurate as possible, despite this slight variations may occur, especially on the hand made items.
